leakage/ roof ridge tiles repair in Crumlin, Kildare road. The leak seems to be coming down directly from the attic due to poor roof. Would it be possible to have someone looking at it asap? Really appreciate the response.
General Hi,
We have a flat roof that we would like to get inspected with repairs/repainting carried out if required to extend useful life.
This needs to be done for an L shaped extension with dimensions 4.45m x 3.61m plus 2.25m x 4.35
We need similar work to be carried out on our shed which is 4.45m x 2.82m.
We are based in Ballyfermot.
Can you please provide a quote for this work?
Regards,
Kevin

Open wall / gate from Cherrywood Avenue out onto Old Nangor Road Clondalkin for pedestrian access. Reason , increased traffic in estate, parking, privacy & security..
Rezone the 2 old former golf courses at the Citywest hotel in Saggart for major residential development
This rezoning would:
• More than double the size of the village
• Add thousands of cars to already congested roads in Saggart, Citywest and surrounds
• Overwhelm schools, crèches and GP services
• Place additional strain on already lacking Garda resources in the area
• Increase pressure on water, drainage and utilities.

Are ramps - full width and highlighted , the best solution for traffic calming? Do you support ramps, over junction & road tightening , footpath widening, chicanes, bus cushions, etc
Keep the No. 13 bus route - Over October and November, the 13 has been cancelled or partially cancelled over 1200 times. It is the 5th most cancelled Dublin bus route this year so far. On 1 day in October, it was cancelled over 21 times.
The 13 is vital for Clondalkin. It’s the only bus that serves areas like Bawnogue, and it’s the primary means of transport to work, college, and school for many across Clondalkin.
As part of Busconnects changes planned for next year, the 13 will no longer serve Woodford. Following Watery lane, it will now go down the New Nagor road ? Long mile road ? Cork street. (No longer serving Inchicore and James’ Hospital.)
Traffic through the area is getting worse with the village frequently at a standstill during peak hours. Clondalkin is large, and growing area which needs a reliable bus service.
If we are going to get the service we deserve we need a campaign to put pressure on the NTA and the government.
