🏠Want an updated assessment to the current BER cert

Location: Inchicore, Dublin 8, D08 V1H1, Ireland

Want an updated assessment to the current BER cert as i think the house is more efficient than C3. Also want to understand what grants i can get for a new gas boiler and also solar panels/battery. Ultimately want to get the house to a B3 or higher rating to avail of a lower mortgage interest rate.
