Hi Aodh,

I'm looking for a quote for a BER assessment to be done on a 1960's 3 bed Semi-D with a garage conversion, added wet room and kitchen extension done about 20 years ago.

First double glazing done c.1984 - several still in place. Second upgrade done on new extension, garage and wetroom and upstairs bathroom only, when extension was installed.

Attic has insulation (may need replacing) and new smart meter. Located in Perrystown, Dublin 12.

We are looking to go for an SEAI grant to improve the energy efficiency.
