..to get a BER rating for a house in Branswood, Athy Co Kildare. It is a 3 bedroom Semi-detached. The rating is for a house sale, where the price is already agreed and is currently occupied by a tenant (who is staying with the property after the sale). The BER Cert here is a requirement for the sale - and will not impact the price - so I am lookig to do this as cheaply as possible, as all I am doing is completing a technical requirement.
