..had solar panels installed and only require a BER cert for the SEAI grant. My home was built in 2019 and has a BER cert until December 2018 that was supplied to us by the Builder. We have since had our attic converted and had an Airtightness test carried out on our property to confirm it was still A rated. We require no energy saving advice etc, as I said the BER is only required for the SEAI grant. Thanks
