Since we bought the house we did some improvements: -changing windows for triple-glazed -install porch in front of the main door -converted attic (well isolated) House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet (+ converted and isolated attic) The whole house has 110 sq m + 30 sq m attic We have a gas boiler This year's plans: PV panels 4kw - waiting for installation changing gas boiler around September We can not wait up too we finish all of these investments as we are afraid that interest might change badly. We need cert for this whats we have at the moment.
